Bryce has been great to deal with and he did a great job relocating our toilet in the ensuite which included cutting through a concrete slab then installing rio and pins and reconverting the floor and advised to contact a termite company to get the cut area termite proofed and a certificate. This was great advice especially if you ever resell as you need it. Bryce has fitted off the new toile in wall cistern and new shower head etc. he did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with highly recommended.

Bryce was very helpful. He communicated well re arrival time ( unusual for a Gold Coast tradie) . My problem was a bit out of the usual. He went to the trouble of doing some research before he arrived. Problem solved , happy - would definitely recommend him.
Bryce was a lifesaver! He was booked for an easy job but overnight we had a huge issue and he responded immediately to the situation with good grace. He was methodical and thorough and communicated clearly so we understood the issue. His invoice was fair and he provided us with photos of the pipes and under the house for our reference. We had Waterloo Plumbing Specialists supply & install our new hot water heat pump (Stiebel Eltron WWK 222 H). The installation went smooth, was well organized and we are really happy with the quality as well. Bryce and his team worked very efficiently to assure that the interruption of the hot water supply is as short as possible. The new system was operational in the afternoon and we actually had a warm shower the same evening. We approached them with some questions relating to other upcoming projects and they have been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with these inquiries. We have had Bryce around for a few plumbing things including general fixing of the showers and toilet but also Bryce really helped us out when we had flooding last year. They created new drains and fixed the issue in just a few days. We had many different plumbers that quoted for the job and they didnst really know what to do.
